• Email Body:
  • Your full name (as registered in the app)
  • The email address linked to your Deep Caption AI account
  • A short statement requesting account deletion

What to Expect After Your Request

Once we receive your email, here’s what happens:

1. Identity Verification: We may reach out to confirm your identity and ensure the request is genuine.
2. Deletion Process: After verification, we’ll remove your account and all related data (e.g., your name, email, and usage logs) from our systems.
3. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming the deletion once it’s finalized.

Processing Time: Deletion may take up to 90 days. During this time, your account will be deactivated, and you won’t be able to log in or use the app. If you try to login a new account will be created.

Key Information to Understand

• Permanent Action: Deleting your account is irreversible. You won’t be able to recover any data, after the process is complete.
• Third-Party Services: Videos uploaded for transcription are processed by a third-party service, but neither we nor the third party retain them after transcription, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: In rare cases, we may need to keep some data for legal reasons. If this applies, we’ll notify you.
